Matts work party

2 years ago Matt lost his job, I was stressed out, I didn't know what we were going to do. He was out of work for almost 3 months. It was a hard and stressful time but I also felt calm. I knew that since he had gone back to school and gotten a better degree that he would find work. Today I am so grateful that he lost his job. I know that sounds weird but at his old job everyday his job was on the line, he came home so unhappy. Now he loves his job, he feels appreciated and this is the first time that I have not had to work. Its a huge blessing. His work rented out Boondocks! I have never been there. Every person got 20 tokens each, free rides, free lazor tag, dinner, face painting and balloons. Even though Matt was out of town there was no way the kids and I were going to miss all that fun so we went without him. Thank you sweetie for working so hard to take care of us, we sure love and appreciate you!

Swimming lessons

The kids all took swimming lessons this summer. They had so much fun and they all 4 went off the diving board for the first time this summer. Karlee even went off the High dive! I didn't get a picture of Mason going off the diving board because he got really scared and I had to go help him, but I was so proud off all the kids especially Mason because of what happened last year when he accidentally jumped into the wrong pool and was drowning and I had to run and jump in and save him, he has been really scared of the water. So he has come a long way.
