Mason 2mths old

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh Baby Mason I love you sooooo soooo much! You are such a wonderful baby and even though my pregnancy was long and scary I would do it agian 100 times to have you. You are such a special boy to me. I truely am in love with a little Blondie boy. I cant believe that you are already 2mths old. Your Big brother and your 2 sisters love you so much. They want to hold you all the time and they love to sing to you. We sing Mason I love you Mason I do, Heavenly Father has sent you to meeeee. When I am near you I love to hear you saying so softly that you love me toooooo yeah! ( I sing this song to all of my kids, just insert whoever I'm singing to's name.)

At a month you were sleeping through the night, yes 8hrs! You smile all the time and are cooing. When you went to the Dr you were in the 95% for height and the 50& for weight so tall and skinny! The Dr said, "for a white boy you have a ton of hair." I thought that was so funny! Yes he is a white boy.

A month and a half old! I love you buddy!

They sure grow up fast! Because he has so much hair he looks older than he is.

This picture is really cool. I was surprised he was happy this time he usually screams in the bath and thats about the only time he gets mad is when he is cold.

My Best Friend

Ok I dont know anyone in the world who would get on an airplane in Virginia fly across the US to Ut while 6 months pregnant just to see there best friend for 9hrs and then fly back. Well I have one of the best friends in the world! She is so special and amazing to me. She is due with her first baby in May and I just had my baby 6wks ago and she wanted so bad to see him before she wasnt able to fly anymore. It meant the world to me that she came. We all of course wish she could of stayed longer but I was so so so happy to see her. We met right before we turned 14. She has been there for me through everything and I love her so much. I cant wait for her to have her son and I cant wait to meet him! Thanks again Laleh for coming! Love you!

LDS Film Festival

Last month Jonah and the Great Fish premiered at The LDS Film Festival. Karlee tried out for the show when she was 5 (almost 6) and was in both the stage performance and movie. It was an amazing experience for her and she loved every minute of it! From this she gained a lot of new "friends."
She is so cute and will often say that she misses her friends which include Dennis Agle, Jason Celaya, David, Valerie, and Saffron Osmond, and Carli. She was so excited to see them all at the show. It was really fun to see her up on the Big Screen. She was so excited when the movie got over and her picture came up first and said Karlee Broschinsky as Lila! She loves to do acting and modeling she has such a fun personality!

Karlee was so excited she went and put make up on! We had to tone it down a little bit. That girls cracks me up! I love her and it was so great to see her so proud of herself!

Happy Valentines Day 2011

Valentines this year was so much fun! Matt, Mason and I got to go out to dinner and a movie. Its pretty rare that Matt and I get to enjoy going out on a date. Between Matt going to school and work full time we don't get a much time together, so this was a special treat. We had some extra time in between dinner and the movie to feed the baby. He said he had a surprise for me! I thought that dinner and a movie was our Valentines present to each other? Well he got me the cutest apron and in the pocket was a G.C to take a cake decorating class. I thought it was so thoughtful and creative. I love my husband so much.

Matt is the perfect person for me. He makes me soooooo happy. He is truly my best friend. He makes me laugh so hard. He knows when to listen and when to hug me until I soften up, he knows when to leave me alone, he knows the fastest way to make me smile. He is the best person to go through life and eternity with. He is an amazing father. Everyone I meet loves him. Someone I met the other day said your husband is the best guy ever and I said I know, and I really do. I feel so honored to have him for a husband. He has so much patience with me and he is really handsome. I'm just saying after 11yrs I am still in love!

Then me and the kids made heart shaped cookies together that was a ton of fun, I let them go crazy with the frosting, they loved that. This morning I climbed in bed with each of them and sang Happy Valentines Day to you (Happy Birthday to you) and then a song my mom would always sing to us Good Morning Good Morning I love you this Morning! It made me smile. Then we got to go to lunch with Matt since all the kids were home and he was so sweet and brought home a long stem red rose for all of us girls and chocolate covered strawberries. Needless to say I felt spoiled and in so much love with my family.

Valentines Party

Every year my sister throws a Valentines party. 14 Ladies are invited, I say ladies because I told Emily its only for girls and she said but I'm a girl and then I had to clarify it was for Ladies. You bring 14 of the same gift and you come home with 14 different gifts. Its a fun chance to get out of the house and have some girl time. My sister is so much fun and is amazing at throwing partys. I am sure they are stressful but she does such an amazing job. I think she should be a party planner because she is so creative.

Super Bowl Sunday!

This year for Super Bowl Sunday I wanted to make something really fun since we were going over to our friends Bob and Aprils house. I was really happy how cute my football bean dip turned out!

Super Market Sweep

Matt and his team at work won a grocery shopping spree. For 2min you and your partner could run and get up to 150$ in groceries. It was one of the best incentives his work has ever done. I was pretty nervous since I just had a c-section 6 1/2 weeks ago but it was so much fun.

We ended up getting 11 smart choice meals, 6 Danimals yogurt drinks, 1 gogurt, 4 boxes of caprisuns, 2 pkg of Reese's P.B cups, 2 huge boxes of nutrigrain bars, 2 boxes of donuts, 2 pkgs of steaks, and 7 pkg of jerky. The 2 min went by fast and we had to be back up front at the 2min. So at 30sec we were on the opposite side of the store and were running like crazy people back. All this food for free was such a Huge blessing!

The Donald

A commercial came on for the show Apprentice and I told Matt that, "The Donald was really Masons dad." Hahahaha I love his hair so much and I still am in shock every time I look at him how much he has. He is such a handsome little dude. Everyone asks us if he got a haircut, no he just came out a "little surfer dude." Well I can't believe that he is already 6weeks old. I want it to slow down cuz he is definitely going to be our last baby. He is so so precious to me. I am so glad he is here and he is healthy. He is already smiling and really happy. He is a great sleeper, he sleeps 6-8 hrs at night.

I love this picture it reminds me of his ultrasound he had his hands behind his head and was so chill and it is very true about his personality he is very mellow. Considering all I went through last year to get him here I am so grateful that he is such a good baby. He is such a blessing to our family. I love this little dude so much!

Cabin Fever

A couple of weeks ago the kids had some bad cabin fever. We needed to get them out of the house. There cousin Bentley had spent the night so when we took him back to American Fork we decided to take the kids swimming. It was so much fun. Mason and I watched from the side and Matt had a blast with the kids. Hopefully this summer wont be too crazy and we can get them in swimming lessons!
