Emilys first Haircut

So I took the kids to get a haircut. I should seriously work for them for how much I talk about them but I really do love Cookie Cutters. I just found out that if you schedule it ahead of time and its for a Tuesday you can get there family deal. First kids normal price and then 10$ per kid after that. Well thats better than the coupons I usually use. Plus they get a balloon, sucker, cookie cutter, and there hair done fancy. I love that place.

Anyway we have always trimmed Emilys bangs but this was her First Haircut. I almost cried. I hated to see her long curls cut off!!! Everyone always ask if I curl her hair and I never do its naturally curly but it was turning into a V shape and needed it really bad. Hopefully it will stay curly. She looks so BIG!

Karlees hair looked so cute. She told them pigtails I told them something fancy and she was happy with the outcome. Rodney handsome like always!

Look at that Beautiful hair!

Oh my baby is growing up!!!

My baby is so beautiful! I love her eyes!

Little Miss loose tooth!

So for the last year Karlee has been really jealous of her friends that have lost a tooth. Every time a friend lost one she would say its never going to happen to me. Well Sunday I told the kids since mommy's hand was hurting really bad I needed them to be extra good at church and if they could do this for me then I would make some brownies. Well they were beyond angels. We may have to make this a tradition:)

We got home and they got a brownie. Well Karlee had a bite and started screaming. She was so excited. I could see her tongue on her teeth and I knew what she was going to say so I ran and sat down and said no, no don't tell me. She was laughing so hard. I said don't tell me anything that means you are growing up. She kept laughing and saying mom mom I gotta tell you something. I have a loose tooth but after I checked it she realized she actually has 2! She called her friend Jenasi to tell her the good news. She is so happy it will happen during school and that she didn't have to wait until she was 7! My baby's growing up!

P.S what does the tooth fairy go for per tooth these days??

Silly Emily

So last night we were eating dinner and of course Emily was eating with her fingers. So Matt began to tell her a story about a long time ago in a far away land, people wanted a better way to eat food so they invented FORKS! and she said "WHAT!?!?!" like it was the most amazing thing anyone had ever told her! We all laughed so hard. It is so much fun as she is getting bigger and getting more and more of a personality. She is so funny!

Every song that comes on the radio she says Lady Gaga, poker face, and Hannah Montana. It's so funny how she picks up everything.

Family date night!

Well this week has been crazy. 2 weeks ago I started a new job. It was/is supposed to be something I can do from home, however I have to get trained first. So Mon/Wed I go into the Dr.'s office and pay his bills, payroll, and do the bank records. Then Tue/Thur I babysit a baby and Fri/Sat I work at Wal-Mart. It is crazy but thats how we roll. :)

Like I said hopefully the office job will turn into something from home soon cuz out of the 3 I love it the most. I was supposed to work tonight and at Wal-mart I had been doing the accounting for the last 5mths until about a wk ago they decided they want 2 people to do it not 4. So since I was the last one in I am the first one out. I have been really bummed about this because If I have to work at least I was doing something I loved. I hate cashiering :(

So anyway it has been forever since we have gone on a family date and Wal-Mart called and said the other office lady is super sick and could I please not come in tonight and instead open the office Sat/Sun. I said yes because our church is at 2 so I still wont have to miss it. Plus I get out of cashiering for the weekend!!!!! (I am the backup now)

So Matt has homework 24/7 and we decided we had both worked enough this wk and that we were going to go play. We got the kids and took them to see

Alice In Wonderland!!!

It was so much fun and it only cost 4$ total. I had been given a G.C to the movie theatre for Christmas and Emily was free so it only cost 4 bucks we were so excited. We picked up some candy to "sneak" I mean take in :)

The kids really liked it. There were a couple of scary parts and they covered there ears/eyes a couple times. Also because its a Tim Burton movie there are a couple of weird parts but in general we really liked it a lot. It was so fun to be out as a family. We definitely don't get to do that enough. Well I better get to bed I gotta be at work at 5am!
